The members of our advisory board volunteer their time and business expertise to advise Military Hire’s leadership team on effective approaches that support the mission, vision, and growth of Military Hire. Each member of our advisory board brings a wealth of experience in working with military veteran groups or services, and with companies that recruit and hire veterans.
Cherissa Jackson is a passionate author and speaker, AMVETS Chief Medical Executive HEAL Program, Retired Air Force Nurse, and determined ambassador and advocate for patients and Veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Her 23 years of active-duty military service, including 10 years as a nurse in the US Air Force where she survived three (3) combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, lead to her commitment to help eliminate the stigma associated with PTSD.
Andrew oversees the Veteran Hiring Program—the Hero Experience for Cleveland Clinic. Having enthusiasm and respect for his city of Cleveland makes him proud to place talented Veteran professionals with a top hospital in the United States. Andrew builds strategic partnerships to meet the needs of patients and the nation’s Veterans.

The Paciello Group is committed to ensuring that electronic desktop and mobile content is conformant with today’s accessibility guidelines. Previous roles include Management Analyst in the Section 508 Office of the Veteran’s Administration, where he managed the VA’s Mobile Content Testing Process for websites and Apps.
