Find a cyber security expert – with 6 months of salary and benefits paid by the Military!

Under this program, the US Military will provide 6 months of salary and benefits, while your company benefits from the work of your newly hired Veteran as they acclimate to this new role. Many of our candidates will not only possess active security clearances, but also have CompTIA certifications such as Security+, A+ and Network+. After the 6 month period, your company can decide whether to convert that employee to a W2 employee of your company. And – your company many be eligible for a tax credit of up to $5,600 for that new employee!

How do we make this happen ?

Step 1: Recruit: Tell us the skillsets and characteristics you require in a new team member. We will interview dozens of cyber warriors interested in working for your company.

Step 2: Evaluate: We will evaluate eligible candidates from within the MilitaryHire database and other resrouces and select the most qualified select few to present to your company for hiring consideration. In addition to their resumes, you will be presented with 2 minute video profiles of each candidate so you can also assess their communication skillset as well.

Step 3 Hire: We will manage the virtual and/or in person interview schedule so you can quickly and effectively evaluate the final candidates and make a decision on your favorite candidate. 7 Eagle Group will handle all government reporting requirements so you can focus on the hiring process! There is a small placement fee payable in installments to fit within your company budget for us to facilitate this process.
