Responsibilities:


· Develop, apply, revise, and maintain quality standards for receiving, in-processing, andfinal inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements


· Review and evaluate in-process rejections and implement corrective action


· Interface with customers, vendors, and ManTech to resolve quality problems


· Provide management feedback on inspection and test trends, returns, and vendor performance


· Review program CDRLs, enforcing quality standards and procedures for program documents and records


· Write inspection procedures


· Participate in and lead audits


· Establish and maintain program data repositories and version control


· Provide leadership to junior quality assurance personnel



Requirements:


· BS degree


· Seven to nine years quality assurance and program support experience


· DoD Top Secret level clearance


· Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance/access


· Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio


· Experience with the following documentation, at a minimum:


• Program Management Plan


• Quality Management Plan


• Risk Management Plan


• Preliminary Design Review


• Critical Design Review


• System Design Document


• Requirements Traceability Matrix


• Configuration Management Plan


Preferred Skills:


· ISO 9001Lead Auditor certification


· ISO 2000Lead Auditor certification


· Lean Six Sigma certification


· Experience with ISO 9001:2008


· Experience with CMMI-ML3


· Experience with Agile development



Years of Experience:


· MS plus 5-7 years


· BS plus 7-9 years


· HS plus 13-15 years
