JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Contractor shall provide represent the 704th MIB with responsibilities for instructing units on SIGINT collection, analysis and reporting techniques and requirements that support Army, INSCOM, and Army Tactical Intelligence units, all working in concert with local military trainers. Trainers shall prepare, present and coordinate Army SIGINT training requirements with local training centers and organizations. Training will reflect Tactical and Strategic collection systems and capabilities, Defense and National Agency operations, and National systems in support of Army Tactical SIGINT requirements. The selected candidate will be Accountable for all aspects of the CLIN 6 functions assigned to CME staff. Manages the hands-on, accountability of HUMINT Instructors. The Contractor shall provide support, including but not limited to, the following:

- Identification of PIRs, SIRs and SIGINT collection and analysis requirements

- Development of collection management strategies

- Exercise scripting

- Function as an Intelligence Observer/Controller during collective training exercises

- Developing training plans, new equipment training plans, concepts of operations (CONOPS), briefings, and standing operating procedures (SOP) in support of the mission statement and Mission Essential Task List (METL)

Qualifications:
Requirements:

- 4-9 years’ experience with SIGINT training

- Must have active current TS/SCI Clearance

- BA/BS degree + Graduate of Army Instructor School

Experience:

- Demonstrated proficiency in tactical and strategic SIGINT collection equipment, SIGINT analysis and collection management

Skills:

- Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and manage subordinates

Education:

- BA/BS degree + Graduate of Army Instructor School

Clearance:

- Active TS/SCI

Technical Specialties:

Certifications required:

- Graduate of Army Instructor School

Experience:

- 4-9 years operational experience as an Army MOS 35S/N/P or other service equivalent school, both tactical and strategic time required
