The Sr. Marketing Analyst will support PartsDirect across multiple marketing channels, including Organic Search, Email, Display, Social, and others. The Sr. Analyst will manage reporting and analysis for channel and total marketing performance, with focus on cross-channel attribution and assisted conversion metrics to address key business questions and inform marketing optimizations. The Sr. Analyst will perform customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and conversion analyses to develop customer insights that power marketing strategies and programs. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for working with finance, MSO, internal and external marketing teams, and other analytics team members to drive profitable growth across all product categories, sources and markets. They are also responsible for the monthly, quarterly, annual forecasts and expense reconciliation. Role is also responsible for integrating and presenting data, and articulating data-driven recommendations that shape marketing execution and serve as a key communicator of business insights and strategic thinking. The Sr. Analyst will leverage his/her skills to build out reports, analysis, and metrics in a fully automated way that will enable us to easily manage and scale our analytical efforts.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for optimizing the Parts marketing investment to drive profitable growth across all product categories;
  • Responsible for forecasting, marketing planning and tracking tools to support the analytics needs of the marketing team;
  • Responsible for working with the BU to understand market and product trends and business metrics to determine where investment $s should be driven, then working with the source managers to drive investment at the source level to drive a $330M business;
  • Work with finance, web team and MSO to align marketing forecasts with their forecasts for ROI and work force planning;
  • Manage source testing set up and results analysis.
