The Marketing Analyst will support PartsDirect across multiple marketing channels, including Organic Search, Email, Display, Social, and others. The Analyst will manage reporting and analysis for channel and total marketing performance, with focus on cross-channel attribution and assisted conversion metrics to address key business questions and inform marketing optimizations. The Analyst will perform customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and conversion analyses to develop customer insights that power marketing strategies and programs. The Analyst is responsible for working with finance, MSO, internal and external marketing teams, and other analytics team members to drive profitable growth across all product categories, sources and markets. They are also responsible for the monthly, quarterly, annual forecasts and expense reconciliation. Role is also responsible for integrating and presenting data, and articulating data-driven recommendations that shape marketing execution and serve as a key communicator of business insights and strategic thinking. The Analyst will leverage his/her skills to build out reports, analysis, and metrics in a fully automated way that will enable us to easily manage and scale our analytical efforts.
