Full Time Employee Contractor
Review and batch applications not received from the lockbox. Verify and cash monies that are still attached to applications. Verify that fee matches type of application. Cashier all work brought to the office, ensuring that each batch balances before beginning new batch. Assists in preparation of daily deposit. Delivers deposit for armored car pick-up on a daily basis: confirms armored car pick-up. Prepare monthly reports on armored car activities. Review re-entry batches from Communications for cashier completeness. Review Expedite Fee (EF) batches from Mailroom. Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all transactions. Close out and reset NCR cash registers daily. Insert floppy disc into NCR cash register for nightly back-ups. Enforcement of department security requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Minimum of two (2) years experience in an office environment.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a money handling environment.
Minimum of two (2) years experience working with a commercial cash register and in an environment involving PC hardware and software, including LANs and WANs.
Must be bonded.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize simultaneous work flow duties.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Government
