• Provide project management support across multiple contracts
• Coordinate and supervise materials purchases across multiple contracts
• Assist in defining material solutions to address technical requirements
• Prepare procurement packages for customer review and approval
• Track procurement packages from inception to materials receipt and invoicing
• Coordinate across team to ensure tasks move smoothly from one functional area to another
• Work with program manager and customer to prepare estimates
• Track materials funds status
• Respond to customer requests
• Provide status updates
• Maintain accurate records
• Review content and quality of technical documentation

• BS degree
• Six to eight years project management experience
• One to two years purchasing experience
• Current DoD Secret clearance
• Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint

Preferred Skills:
• Ability to obtain a DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with ISO 9001_2008
• Experience with CMMI-ML3
• Experience with Agile development
