JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IPPS-A program is an Army ACAT 1 program that will deliver an integrated personnel and pay Peoplesoft ERP based system to the Army. This position is in support of the government program management office in their role as the acquisition lead overseeing a contracted system developer responsible for delivering the system. The Training Specialist is responsible for reviewing the analysis, design, development, testing and fielding of training artifacts, guides, classroom instruction and Computer Based Training (CBT) offerings. Ensures quality control checks are built into the successful implementation of training plans, deliverables and strategies. Must understand and translate business requirements and the system configuration/solution into training artifacts for the IPPS- A implementation, and has demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of software training development, course and user scheduling, implementation, and maintenance.

Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience
