Senior Operations Manager
The Senior Operations Manager shall directly support the Program Manager in the management of all aspects of contractor-provided support services at client and ensure the flow of operations between all contractor-staffed positions. Other responsibilities will include management of subcontractors, financial tracking and monitoring of government contract compliance in support of our customer and our employees
?Ensures the flow of operations between all contractor-staffed positions to meet contract requirements.
?In coordination with the Program Manager, provides daily feedback on workflow and future projections to the senior Government personnel at the Facility.
?Supports the Program Manager in providing studies and evaluations.
?Demonstrates excellent communications skills with all levels of management.
?In coordination with the Program Manager, implements the Management Plan and Corporate Quality Control policies to effectively direct contract support activities.
?Ensures satisfactory conformance with contract provisions and performance metrics.
?In coordination with the Program Manager, assigns, schedules, and reviews work of supervisory staff.
?Assists with Subcontractor management.
?Support the Program Manager in interpreting policies, purposes, and goals of the organization for subordinates and the monitoring of contractual expenditures budgets.
?Assists with budget management and forecasting
?Supports the development and maintenance of succinct reporting methodology
?Aids in coordinating activities with all other sections of the facility to obtain information to facilitate administration.
?Manage staff of Operations Managers
?Maintain constant awareness of all aspects of internal security
?Take initiative to escalate any issues as appropriate and to report trends or patterns in the volume or nature of inquiries handled, to management.
?Attend meetings and generate meeting notes as necessary.
?Assist with special projects as required.
?Minimum of four years of progressive management experience.
?Minimum of four of management/supervisory experience supporting OPM or DoD contracts of similar size and scope.
?Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews and documents for internal and external use.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?Advanced functionality in MS office applications, including Excel and Word
?Ability to prioritize workload and possess excellent organizational skills
?Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
