Directs all management activities of the security staff. Reports to the senior staff and keeps them appraised of total security within the organization. Directs all aspects of the DOD, DOE, or other industrial security program and other security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Reviews and investigates non-compliance issues. Implements new procedures and stays abreast of latest DOD regulations for corporation. Working closely with technical office PMs, Scientific Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) staffs, PSOs, PSRs and External Relations personnel, develop and maintain currency of Essential Elements of Friendly Information (EEFI) for the Agency and its programs to preclude inadvertent public release/disclosure of critical or sensitive information. Serves as the Deputy Program Manager for a large, multi disciplined services contract. Provides leadership and mentoring to contract Program Security staff.
