As the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant program of multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within program client base. Program area typically represents more than three functional areas such as engineering, systems analysis, quality control and administration. Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals.

General Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that staffing of a 350+ personnel Task Order remains at or above industry standards. Responsibilities also includes the verification and validation of all hiring requirements to include DOD Directive 8570.1M as well as TESA, SOFA and IRDO requirements when necessary. Responsible for ensuring that staffing rosters are maintained daily within the ManTech Enterprise Constant View Portal
• Responsible for communicating with customer on retention of current workforce as well as possible opportunities for growth of workforce. Also responsible for overseeing the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within the Task Order client base. Responsible for maintaining taskers and risk (assigned by PM) within Enterprise Constant View
• Responsible for the collection and consolidation of data in support of Program Reviews (PMR) and Program Execution Reviews (PER). Also responsible for delivering and briefing PMR and PER data in the absence of Program Manager (PM)
• Responsible for the creation and sustainment of a Field Service Representative University (FSRU) Learning Management System (LMS) to include skillset sustainment training, tracking and compliancy validation of Information Assurance training requirements in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.1M

• Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals or through program/project management




Preferred Skills:

Experience in Contract Business Development
• Experience with proposal processes
• Experience performing Capture Management duties during proposal process
