The Manager, Sales Operations supports the business-to-business (B2B) sales arm of Sears Commercial by helping to drive sales productivity, sales forecasting, sales analytics and modeling, deal structuring, discounts process, and field automation initiatives while working closely with the B2B sales team.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment whether in a leadership/management capacity or on the operations side of the house ( This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports) candidates who have focused primarily on operations and are interested in leading a transformation could be a great fit as long as they understand B2B sales and are comfortable with project management.
