Combat Systems-Weapons Program Support (Job Number:419040)
This position will provide U.S. Navy Combat Systems engineering and technical support and subject matter expertise to Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in support of Combat Systems-Weapons Program Support equipment stated below. Applicant will provide appropriate personnel for on-site support employee to input and monitor computer data into automated systems; work under limited supervision; perform related tasks as required for Surface Combat Systems (Weapons) in accordance with the basic contract for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center Code 290.
REQUIRED GENERAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Candidate ONE: Candidate must demonstrate:
Candidate shall place material orders for parts, supplies, and services as required in support of various Combat Systems Programs. The candidate shall track all items in a computer database as to date ordered, shipped, and received; signing for receipt when items are received and ensuring items are transferred to the individual who submitted the requisition. Candidate shall maintain communication with the DLA customer account specialists, supply support center personnel, business office and financial departments. Tracking of ship repair parts data related to the Combat Systems Division shall be processed along with Material Condition Review results using computer software to maintain a database.
Candidates shall demonstrate proficiency in the use of TAAS, MAT and MRQT software systems. Additionally, candidates shall have extensive experience using One-Touch, DoD Emall, Logicom and WEBFLIS to research supply issues.
Furthermore, candidate must demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years general hands-on experience performing programmatic and liaison support of varying levels by communicating, presentation of data, establishment of data bases and processes, conducting business, resolving scheduling and milestone date problems for the various customers.
Candidate shall demonstrate minimum of two (2) years specialized in the use of TAAS, MAT and MRQT software systems. Moreover, candidate shall demonstrate minimum of two (2) years specialized in the use of One-Touch, DoD Emall, Logicom and WEBFLIS to research supply issues.
OTHER CERTIFICATIONS and QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
The candidates shall comply with any and all applicable NAVSEA Standard Items in the execution of this task order. Technical representatives on this task shall have and maintain a valid CPR Certification from a Nationally Accepted organization.
C.10 REQUIRED GENERAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five (5) years full-time experience within last 10 years in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DOD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System. Shall have a working knowledge of DOD/Navy Supply Support systems, supply support directives, policies, standards and documentation, afloat supply procedures, and the Navy Supply System organization as defined in MIL-STD138 8—1A/2A. This experience shall include each of the following Navy ILS components listed below in support of a major system:
(1) Maintenance Planning
(2) Manpower, personnel, and training support
(3) Supply support
(4) Test equipment support
(5) Technical logistical data
(6) Packaging, handling, storage, and transportation
(7) Design and installation
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: : A minimum of three (3) years full-time experience within last 10 years in logistics engineering development including experience in the development, fleet introduction, installation, test, operation, and life cycle support of major Naval ship Combat Systems.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 25%
PASSPORT REQUIRED: A valid unexpired U.S. Passport is required
