SAIC is looking for a Multimedia Designers based in Ft. Gordon, GA.

SAIC is pursuing the opportunity to operate a comprehensive institutional training facility for Warfighter Information Network – Tactical (WIN-T) instruction to support the Cyber Center of Excellence (Cyber CoE) on Fort Gordon, GA. The Cyber CoE provides training for Enlisted Soldiers, Warrant Officers, and Officers in the latest tactical and strategic communications equipment and systems used in the Army today. WIN-T provides networking functions that enhance the communications capabilities of Soldiers in tactical scenarios. This contract will provide critical support to 40 courses for Active Army and Reserve Components with over 12,000 students annually. SAIC will provide WIN-T instruction, curriculum development, training products and support components, and multimedia instruction materials development for U.S. Active Army, National Guard, and U.S. Army Reserve components. In addition, SAIC will provide network management, student administrative support, facilities management, equipment maintenance and accountability, and other support. The training and training support will result in military occupational specialty (MOS) qualified Soldiers who can execute and perform duties within the realm of their MOS. SAIC will also as part of the comprehensive instructional training facility for WIN-T, provide instruction for the 15th Regimental Signal Brigade and Regimental Non-Commissioned Officer

Academy (RNCOA).

SAIC will provide resident and distributed learning WIN-T instruction, curriculum development, and multimedia instruction materials development in the following courses: Nodal Network Systems Operator-Maintainer (25N10), 25F Transition – Nodal Network Systems Operator-Maintainer (25NY2), Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator-Maintainer (25Q10), TROPO (25Q), -N Ku Band Satellite Terminal Operator (25S107D), Information Technology Specialist Course (25B10), Signal Support Systems Specialist Course (25U10), Single Channel Radio Operator-Maintainer Advanced Leadership Course (ALC) [25C30], Cable Systems Installer-Maintainer ALC (25L30), Nodal Network Systems Operator-Maintainer ALC (25N30), Microwave Systems Operator-Maintainer ALC (25P30), Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator-Maintainer ALC, 25Q30, Satellite Communications Systems Operator Maintainer ALC, 25S30, Signal Support Systems Specialist ALC, 25U30, Satellite/Microwave Systems SLC, 25S/P40, Telecommunications Operations Chief Senior Leader’s Course (SLC) [25W40], Information Systems Technician (255A) Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC), Network Management Technician, (255N Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC)), Network Management Technician (255N) WOBC, Basic Officer Leaders Course (BOLC), Signal Captain’s Career Course (SCCC), Battalion/Brigade S6 Officer, Telecommunications Systems Engineer Course (4C-24A), Information Systems Management Course (7E-53A), Network Management Course, and Nodal Network Simulator Operation Course

Multimedia Designers shall:

a. Possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance

b. Possess a minimum of an Associates’ Degree in Graphic Arts, Video Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

c. Possess a minimum of two years’ directly related experience. Multimedia Designers require ability to design quality products using 3D modeling and animating software such as 3D StudioMax, Maya or Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, color theory, digital imaging, photography, and video and audio production (recording and editing).

d. Possess skills in computer animations for web-based applications and courseware. It is desired that they have the ability to build and integrate 3D models into a runtime environment such as Unity game engine and the ability to script animations, scenarios, and games in Flash (ActionScript 3.0) or Unity (C# or JavaScript).
