Program Manager

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Program Manager to lead a $50M program with over 70 subordinates responsible for protecting the most targeted networks in the Department of Defense. The Program Manager will execute CND work that will monitor and handle information systems operations for a high profile DOD activity.
Our customer performs a wide variety of cybersecurity services and functions required to assure the operational, physical, and information security posture for Department of Defense (DOD) Services within CONUS and OCONUS. The scope of the work is functionally grouped by End Point Security, Network Security, and Incident Handling. The customer base exceeds 25,000 DoD employees including senior DoD leadership. Work location is primarily the Pentagon / northern Virginia. Your future duties and responsibilities
? The Program Manager (PM) shall provide onsite management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership in the execution of the contract.
? The PM shall serve as the Government primary point of contact and provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to support - to include subcontractors
? The PM will support these initiatives, relationships, teaming arrangements and maintain responsibility for meeting program/business goals in support of program objectives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 10 or more years of IT program management experience
- 5 or more years of IT program management experience within DoD or IC
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition
- Demonstrate experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technology
- Demonstrate experience in a forensic laboratory environment
- Demonstrate experience in an IT development environment
- Demonstrate experience in procurement of IT hardware
- Demonstrate experience in data center consolidation involving connectivity from remote sites
- PMP certification
- ITIL Foundations certification
- DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification (CISSP or equivalent).
