SAIC is seeking to hire a Scheduler to support our customer at Los Angeles AFB.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of integrating and analyzing the govt and prime contractors Master Schedule. Job Duties Include but are not Limited to:

- Develop, maintain, and update the program office’s integrated master schedule IAW DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide.
- Analyze the Program Contractor’s integrated master schedule to identify opportunities to improve program schedule executability IAW DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide, GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
- Analyze the program office’s integrated master schedule to identify opportunities to improve program schedule executability IAW DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide.
- Develop, maintain, and update the integrated master schedule for divisions within the RS directorate IAW DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide.
- Support IBRs to provide insight into contract cost and schedule performance issues IAW SMCI 63-107, and utilizing the best practices and guidelines identified in the Program Manager’s Guide to the Integrated Baseline Review, Air Force Acquisition Excellence and Change Office (AECO) IBR Process, Air Force AECO IBR Workbook Guide, the DoD EVMIG, and the best practices and guidelines identified in the SMC EVM Toolkit Guide.
- Support IBR planning activities including assessing the quality of the plan; identifying, defining, reconciling and managing interfaces; integrating and optimizing the schedule; and identifying and assessing program risks to the baseline. The contractor shall support documenting the IBR results.
- Host and/or participate in meetings, such as Integrated Product Team meetings, technical interchange meetings, working group meetings, process improvement meetings, etc., with Government and contractor organizations as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Develop, maintain, and update the integrated master schedule for divisions within the RS directorate IAW DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide. All results will be made available for consolidation into the Enterprise Master Schedule. The contractor shall also provide integrated master schedule analysis including risk assessments associated with prime contractor source selections. The contractor shall brief the results of their analysis to the Program Managers.

Qualifications

:
- Must be a US Citizen that currently holds an Active TS/SCI Clearance*

Required Education and Experience:

- Baccalaureate Degree
- 6+ years direct experience
