Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Hardware Engineer to join our team in the Bethesda, MD area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Recommend enhancements to, and provide day-to-day support for the hardware system baseline
  • Investigate hardware problems and propose solutions
  • Recommend modifications to the hardware suite and architecture.
  • Support integration and test approved hardware changes
  • Maintain awareness of the technical developments in the commercial environment.
  • Provide risk assessment to changes in the hardware configuration
  • Provide assessments on the impact to the system of hardware interfaces to external equipment
  • Furnish day-to-day support for system operations.
  • Review proposed system changes to assess impact on hardware configurations
  • Support rapid-prototyping of proposed baseline enhancements

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and four or more years of experience, or additional years of expereince in lieu of degree
  • Experience in Dell and HP hardware products and peripherals
  • Experience with LAN/WAN technologies
  • Experience with rapid prototyping of proposed baseline enhancements
  • Experience providing assessments on the impact to the system of hardware interfaces to external equipment
  • Experience providing risk assessments to changes in the hardware configuration
  • Previous experience with Apple hardware products is desired

Security Requirements:
Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly within 90 days.
