The Sales Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing in-store sales generating programs and prospects that will improve the client's (brand/business) profitability and the customer experience. The Sales Development Manager will be an integral, and strategic, member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing clear plans that can be transformed into executable plans in the Sears store to align performance results with business strategies.

Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining B2B sales programs for Sears stores that improve performance and customer experience for multiple assigned Business Units.
