Help Desk Specialist

Position Description
CGI is looking for experienced Help/Service Desk Specialists to support the Workstation, Mobile and Service Desk Task Order for a government client. Your future duties and responsibilities
Provide phone, email, web and in-person support to users in the areas of email, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems and applications developed or deployed under this contract. Serve as the first point-of-contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac) and printer problems. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Candidates must be US citizens or Green Card holders
- 2 years of recent relevant experience
- Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related degree (experience can be substituted in lieu of degree)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Customer service skills
- Experience in ticketing systems strongly preferred
