Sr. Program Analyst

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst to support operations in Arlington, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities
Program Analyst coordinates and monitors programs. Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
A Bachelor's Degree AND 10 years' directly related experience are required for this role.
The program manager shall have, at a minimum, ten (10) years of management and program
support experience, demonstrated through a mix of the following: prior year DOD HQ support; knowledge of S&T process, the ability to quickly and effectively manage and execute ONR corporate day-to-day tasks; the ability to bridge operation and S&T activities with current knowledge of relationships between Navy and Marine Corps; knowledge and experience with DOD S&T policy, priorities, and programs; the ability to develop, apply, and assess metrics.
The program analyst must be familiar with the Naval S&T Program Planning, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
Possession of a US government Secret security clearance is required to begin employment.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
