Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. The primary location is Reston but candidate will need to travel to DC frequently for customer meetings. Could involve up to 25% domestic travel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Executing a large task order contract

· Implementing a managed security services solution for multiple government agencies

· Leading innovation and change in cybersecurity management across multiple agencies

· All aspects of managing Integrated Program Office for Program

· Primary point of contact with customer for all matters regarding the program

· Responsible for all service delivery of complex technology integration effort across major Department and its Components

· Responsible for all deliverables associated with task order

· Management of team leads and solution architects

· Financial management

Position Requirements:

· Current PMI PMP or PgMP certification required

· At least 10 years of experience managing complex,heterogeneous enterprise security integration projects for or supporting U.S.Government agencies

· 15 years overall experience

· BS degree in related field

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Candidate must be fluent in the English language

Preferred skills:

· At least 5 years of experience in a managed services or cloud services environment

· Background in cybersecurity, managed services, or cloud services, specifically IaaS or SaaS

· Managerial experience providing technical advice, organizing,planning, directing and managing staff to ensure goals and objectives are achieved

· Experience with the management and supervision of employees in a variety of labor categories and skills

· Experience with risk management, issue resolution, problem solving and customer service

· Knowledge of system architectures, networks, and operations

· Experience with DHS programs is a significant plus

· It is highly desirable that candidates possess strong interpersonal skills

· Candidates may be asked to provide a writing sample

Security Requirements:
