Position Description
CGI has been delivering mission-essential results in partnership with defense, civilian and intelligence agencies. We are currently seeking a SASMO analyst that is capable of providing Tier 1 helpdesk for all issues related to the Unit Level Logistics System Your future duties and responsibilities
The aviation SASMO will provide support to Aviation (Enhanced) (ULLS-AE), related sub systems and other US Army Logistics Information Systems. Provides both functional and technical support to customers both locally and dispersed throughout the geographic area. Primary support will be over the phone or using remote desktop support; however, traveling to customer sites is required as needed.

The Aviation SASMO will Provide functional and technical assistance for units using the Unit Level Logistics System Aviation Enhanced (ULLS-AE) and related sub systems. Provides or coordinates additional support for all Logistics Information Systems to include PBUSE, ULLS-AE, TC AIMS, SAMS-1E, SAMS-2E, GCSS-A, CASI-VSAT. Provide troubleshooting using various techniques to include over-the-phone, Remote Access, and on-site visits as required. Set-up, configure, and install software updates and approved images. Complete quality checks and functionality tests. Process requests for issue of new systems upon unit level data migration. Provide units disposition for displaced legacy systems. Apply updates and security patches to fielded systems as required. Utilize the LOGSA, LIW, PBUSE and USAFMSA website to validate data. Assist in the fielding of new systems and equipment. Provide system workarounds when required. Maintain equipment databases.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
A minimum of 2 year's experience supporting ULLS-AE and related computer hardware/software/network troubleshooting. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Active Secret or Interim Secret Clearance to start.\
Requires DoD IA Technical Level II certification to include CompTIA Security+ (must be currently CE enrolled)
Desired experience with a combination SAMS-E, ULLS-AE, PBUSE, TC-AIMS, GCSS-A, SAMS-FM, LogDAT and CASI-VSAT; a Computing Environment Certification (i.e. MCSA Windows Server 2012); and knowledge of information security and distributed network systems using the ArNET or NIRPNet are preferred, but not essential.
