Job Summary
The Contract Compliance Administrator Associate analyzes data to ensure compliance with specific DynCorp contracts systems, policies and procedures as well as Government contract compliance issues.  Additionally provides advanced administrative and fundamental contracts compliance support.
Principal Accountabilities
(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract)

  • Performs financial analysis to ensure contracts data is accurately interpreted / documented and prepares statistical trending reports of contractual and system data.
  • Reviews basic contract and contract modification requirements and ensures contracts system compliance, performing ongoing audits of contract documents.  Participates in developing statistical analysis of data.
  • Works closely with contracts personnel to ensure compliance with contract systems, while assisting off-site personnel in completing system compliance contract administration functions.
  • Participates in development and implementation of compliance corrective action plans.
  • Tracks and maintains contracts sustainment actions and other required data; distributes contracts documentation.
  • Resolves complex administrative issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication, analytical and people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comprehends normal contract documents and understands contract format and forms.
  • Aware of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Strong organizational skills.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline.
  • Minimum one (1) year contracts, finance, or relevant experience.  Six (6) years’ experience in a related field without a bachelor’s degree.  Experience with government contract administration or contract law preferred.
  • Additional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

  • Normal office environment.


  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
 Required Skills: Must be able to obtain a clearance.
