Currently,
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Deployment
Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. The primary location is Reston
but candidate will need to travel to DC frequently for customer
meetings.
Could involve up to 25% domestic travel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Support the deployment and implementation of privileged account
security solutions across multiple federal government agencies
• Support Solution Implementation Architecture activities
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and interdependencies with customers
• Ability to understand overarching Solution functionality
• Experience gathering high level functional and operational requirements
• Experience developing and managing multiple simultaneous implementation schedules and activities across multiple teams
• Report project status and challenges to Project Manager
• Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple engineering / deployment teams
• Coordinate technical solution reviews and pre-deployment checklists with customers and implementation engineers
• Facilitate SELC Gate Reviews and Acceptance Testing with customers
• Resolve issues that impact deployment schedule, cost, or scope
• Coordinate travel and related logistics for implementation engineers and other project staff


Position Requirements:

• 7 years of experience as a project or team lead
• 7 years of experience in systems integration, architecture, and implementation activities
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to create and update project and task information independently

Ability to identify deployment risks through multiple surveillance
techniques, including in-house subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Ability to run and manage project meetings and motivate customers and internal resources to complete tasks on schedule

Certification: Technical security certifications are recommended.
CISSP, CISM, Security +, CAPM, or PMP certification is preferred
• Leadership experience desired



Preferred skills:

investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to
classified information. Must pass background investigation and be
clearable to DHS EOD.
