Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Training Lead to join our team in the Crystal City, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain schedule of classes, seminars, and open forums offered on a monthly basis
  • Prepare schedule of training course and staff rotation to ensure training coverage during business hours
  • Facilitate introductory, mid-level and advanced level class seminars, computer based webinars, or individual training
  • Deliver phone or desk side support to users in resolving software related issues and answer questions regarding the use of software or computer applications
  • Provide subject matter expertize with desktop software such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Captivate, Symantec End-point Encryption and VMware View
  • Utilize Remedy to track request for training assistance
  • Resolve tickets when the user has been satisfactorily helped
  • Provide new technology rollout support including extra training sessions and roving support after installations
  • Research, write and create introductory, mid-level and advanced level course curriculum which includes but is not limited to user guides, tip sheets, classroom exercises, instructor guides, sample documents, computer based training modules and other training materials
  • Prepare instructor materials including course outline, manuals, workbooks, handouts, and training aids

Position Requirements:

  • Associates Degree and four or more years of experience
  • Two or more years of experience working in a training environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Advanced level knowledge and abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite

Security Requirements:

US Citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
