Summary:
U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program to include, engineering services, technology insertion and integration, software and hardware engineering, systems integration support, test and evaluation, integrated logistic support, new equipment training, maintenance and engineering support, fabrication/prototyping, testing/certification, studies/analyses, logistics support, training and engineering support, including re-engineering and reverse engineering, installation and de-installation, business operations support, and system integration/installation. Place of Performance is Camp Atterbury, near Edinburgh, Indiana. This is contingent upon contract award, period of performance is one base year with two additional options that can be exercised

Job is located at Camp Atterbury or Mascatatuck Training Center, Indiana.

Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)
Apply the disciplines of Computer Security necessary to perform the following:

•Information System Security Audits;
•Information System Security Assessments;
•Risk Management Plans;
•Security architectures;
•Information system security policies and procedures guides;
•Information system accreditations and certifications;
•Command and Control Protect plans and policies;
•Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP);
•Installation and maintenance of information system security products and services.


Education & Experience: (or equivalent)
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree.

The contractor shall meet the IAM Level 3 requirements of DODD 8570.1M:

•GSLC
•CISSP
•CISM


Requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the past 15 years in network operations and Information Security.

Security Clearance: Must be capable of maintaining an active TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance.
