Overview:


Eagle Ray is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Intelligence Integration & Communications Officer role. This individual will support polished and effective office communications to seniors in DIA, ODNI & DOD on Space and Counterspace issues.


Responsibilities:


The Intelligence Integration & Communications Officer will be required to:
•Posses detailed knowledge of the space and counterspace mission area to include SSA, Space Control Mission,
•Integrate senior level correspondence, briefings, reports, and papers for executive level audiences (e.g. Director DIA, STRATCOM Commander, JFCC Commander, USDI, ODNI S&T, DR and DD for IC and DOD agencies),
•Integrate division inputs into polished draft materials for senior review (e.g. space counterspace decision aid framework, priorities, 5-year research plan, etc.),
•Posses expertise to plan, coordinate, review and edit content of scientific, technical and programmatic material for publishing and briefing senior level audiences within the space intelligence community,
•Create briefings and white papers within classified and SAP/CAP environments,
•Maintain data repositories of program information as directed by senior leadership.

It is also preferred that the Intelligence Integration & Communications Officer:
•Posses expertise for electronic task tracking, facilities/space decision support tools, folder/records management and tracking staff recruitment, training, evaluation, recognition and in/out processing,
•Have knowledge and skill to support responsive creation coordination and tacking of executive correspondence in accordance with applicable US Government regulations, policy and guidance,
•Posses expertise to plan, coordinate, review and edit content of scientific, technical and programmatic material for senior audiences and possible production,
•Posses expertise to edit and draft technical manuals, briefs, and operating and maintenance instructions and assist in layout work.


Qualifications:

Required:
•Bachelor's Degree,
•6-9 years directly related experience,
•Active TS/SCI clearance.
