The Home Services Director, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness will oversee Talent and OE programs for all of the Home Services business units. This position will be responsible for managing the existing programs along with the development, implementation and measurement of new programs cross functionally across all the BU in Home Services.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: *Partners with all parts of the organization to analyze roles, processes, and organizational structures to make recommendations for change, as well as understand current and future talent needs. Oversees development, implementation and management of programs to ensure the needs are met.*Be the subject matter expert to support business leaders in process consultation, and change management principles and practices that are tied to business goals and objectives. Help identify, prioritize, and create culturally and organizationally-appropriate solutions to improve organizational effectiveness *Clearly understand desired outcomes/big picture and utilizes knowledge to develop key questions to gather requirements and influence Business Leaders and HR Partners to take ownership within their key areas to drive change*Conduct gap analysis in response to Business Unit Leaders business plans to identify the best approach to filling the needs of the business. Develop materials, programs, and measurement tools to support business needs of the teams, in partnership with the DVP, Human Resource Business Partners, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams*Partner with business managers and HR Business Partners to assess needs and lead the implementation of programs to accomplish specific business objectives including: talent development, , mentoring programs, Top Talent Council, and TAP Programs. *Manage the development, implementation, delivery, measurement, and evaluation of training and OE solutions that fulfill company objectives by producing measurable results. *Establish workforce analytics to identify and analyze operational challenges related to workforce development and engagement. Create solutions consistent with business realities*Oversee day-to-day management of the team, included, motivating, training, developing, and performance management. Must plan and manage the department annual budget and conduct periodic cost and productivity analysis, align allocated resources and staff to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness
