• Provide customer event support in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Provide administrative support and coordination
• Maintain logs, records and files
• Develop, draft, write and edit reports and briefs
• Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings
• Provide end-user support
• Perform general administrative duties
• Prepare and/or maintain documentation, procedures and methods, including user references
• Escort personnel during events

• HS diploma
• One to two years administrative/clerical experience
• Experience with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio
• DoD Secret level clearance
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance/access
