The Director Executive Compensation provides executive compensation program management including conducting job evaluations and market pricing for executive offers and internal promotions. This position provides recommendations for competitive compensation packages and manages stock and long-term incentive cash programs. Additionally, this role provides technical and financial support on various compensation and benefits projects requiring finance, compensation and benefits knowledge. This position provides leadership on projects and is responsible for developing compensation and benefits related recommendations and programs that maintain consistency and administrative simplicity. This position also analyzes support center resource allocation and executes action plans against identified opportunities.
