Job Summary:

Sears Operations Center in Doral is HIRING IMMEDIATELY start date Sept 2016 seeking 18 candidates for Outbound Telephone Sales Positions in our call center. We are looking for 18 candidates who are sales motivated, enjoy helping customers and are looking to grow with a great company. Pay: Our pay structure includes a base pay of $12/hr during classroom training. After training when job is performed fully associate will move to base + commission: Our Average Performer is earning $19/hr. Avg, bi-weekly commission at 3mos is $800, 6mos $1000 with no cap to commission opportunities.

SHIFT: FT 30/hrs per week or PT 25/hrs per week
4:30-10:00pm Monday-Friday (with one weekday off)
Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 10am-6pm alternating weeks

*Opportunity for split shift 8am-1:30pm/4:30pm-10:00pm (2mornings/2nights) based on availability and business needs*
Paid Training: 3 weeks

Our ideal candidate will have at least 6mos-1year of continuous employment in Customer Service/Sales role and/or call center experience. Bilingual candidates strong proficiency in both English and Spanish.
The Telephone Sales Representative is the 1st point of contact for Sears customers. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing Maintenance and Protection Agreement sales over the phone from leads generated from customer database, where all customers solicited have existing relationships with Sears. This position delivers the sales presentation with passion, commitment, courtesy and professionalism and in conformance to policy and procedure. Additionally, it is paramount that this position use unwavering customer service and high ethical selling standards
