- Demonstrates ability to collect, organize, summarize and report on various data sets and produce metrics and reports, create presentations, proposals, outlines, and summaries.
- Demonstrates experience in creating documents and reports using MS Office products such as: MS Word, Excel and Project.
- Demonstrates ability to collect, organize and track actions and milestones
- Demonstrates ability to update and manage SharePoint data/website.
- Demonstrates experience in good written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications - Experience, Education and Licensure:
Education: The Program Analyst shall have an associate degree from an accredited institution.
Work Experience: The Program Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of IT office support experience and a working knowledge of management support for classified high performance computing systems and facilities. The Program Analyst shall have a working knowledge of DoD and DoN personnel, physical, and information security policy and requirements. The Program Analyst shall be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). The Program Analyst shall have the ability to utilize standard information systems (e.g. Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) and Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)). The Program Analyst shall have acceptable customer service skills as well as oral and written communication skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is usually in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time when on field assignments. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, Tatitlek will consider only applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
