The Configuration Management Specialist supports configuration and data management efforts. The position is not covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA) Davis Bacon Act (DBA), or union.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- The Configuration Management Specialists supports configuration and data management efforts.
- The Configuration Management Specialists supports data quality assurance efforts.
- The Configuration Management Specialists supports Quality Control (QC) efforts.
- The Configuration Management Specialists supports inventory management efforts.
Education and Experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Two years experience in one of the essential duties categories listed above.
+ Certification in configuration and data management is desirable.
+ Must have or be able to attain a DOD security clearance.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
The Configuration Management Specialist should be familiar with U.S. Navy and DoD ccoconfiguration and data management requirements and processes.
