Experimental Station - Project Admiistrative Specialist
Provide systems support to Maintenance and Research Craft Operations at the Experimental Station site.
Systems support will include, but not limited to:
SAP PM and RTP transactions, all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows; Word, Excel and Outlook.
Have a good understanding of software application and databases.
Good planning and organizational skills.

Experience and capability to operate in the SAP PM and RTP transactions preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Create SAP Notifications and Work Orders for services relating to Experimental Station Facilities Maintenance and Research Craft Operations.
Create requisitions for materials and/or services against cost centers, work orders, and project WBS elements as needed for Facilities Maintenance relating to the Experimental Station facility.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent is a plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in a service offering organization and/or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office working conditions regularly required to stand or sit and move about the office.
Possible travel from site to site within FS&RE Wilmington Area.
