Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

This job position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and supports the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services. This Logistics Analyst will provide technical and service-level support for the maintenance, repair and resupply of CBRNE equipment/systems/components.

Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)
•Performs system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems.
•Controls the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
•Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes.
•Logistics functions encompass maintenance, supply, transportation and logistics plans. Inherently included as logistics tasks are program formulation, policy planning, coordination, inspection, integrated logistics processes, joint planning logistics, acquisition and wholesale logistics, product support, asset visibility, material management and supervision.
•Establishes operational objectives and assignments. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables. Involved in developing, modifying and executing policies which affect immediate operation(s)
•Conducts Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability analysis of system performance and logistics response times using records generated by Logistics Information System (LIS) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Level of Supervision:
• Work under supervision in a reliable manner to complete all tasks on time and in quality manner.

Education & Experience: (or equivalent)
•Bachelor's Degree
•Minimum 4 years’ experience

Knowledge & Skills:
•Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
•Preferred Experience using Logistics Information Systems (LIS), such as MAXIMO.

Travel: Minimal: 5-10% annually

Security Clearance: SECRET
