Enterprise Innovation Architect (Job Number:422107)



The Enterprise Innovation Architect drives, develops, maintains and coordinates architecture strategy & content for creating and stewarding a technology innovation program and instituting a full technology lifecycle management process. They will also update and implement appropriate policies and collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to realize the practice. They will work with the broader architecture team to maintain and coordinate content, format and revisions. They will collect, maintain and report on enterprise program metrics and milestones that measure business transformation progress and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting enterprise systems and will have a strong background in managing client relationships and expectations within a dynamic and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be flexible, have a great attitude, and be willing to work outside of the box to accomplish the mission.


- Provide technical and strategic leadership within a large community with diverse functional and technical disciplines to include business stakeholders, enterprise architects, systems engineers, business analysts, and systems administrators
- Provide thought leadership on how innovation fits into an existing culture and lead the change management activities needed to make an innovation practice relevant and successful.
- Work directly with senior executives of the enterprise to consult, coach, and advise on strategy, business alignment, enterprise architecture, information technology solutions, and the associated impact on the organization and its stakeholders
- Coordinate resolution of highly complex problems and tasks, selling new ideas and concepts in support of operational goals and objectives
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to the customer executive team
- Integrate and translate complex concepts into tactical action plans and roadmaps
- Direct high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development within existing software development culture while driving improvements and transformation.



- Bachelor's degree in related field and 10+ years related experience
- Four additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience with enterprise architecture repository tools
- Experience with business transformation and processes
- Must possess expert level JAVA/J2EE Development & Architecture
- TOGAF Certification (Highly Desirable)
- MEGA (Highly Desirable)
