The Territory HR Manager serves as a key business partner to the Territory Field Director (TFD), District Service Managers (DSMs), and Human Resource field organization. This position provides human resource consultation and analyze HR business needs within their assigned territory and partners with field management to develop, design and implement people-related programs to support their territory. This position assists with the development and communication of field HR processes for compliance, recruitment, associate relations, retention, and performance management. This position provides training to Field HR regarding federal and state laws, hiring and retention and all human resources policies and procedures. This position reviews appropriate reports and other documents to ensure compliance to federal and state laws and SHC policies.
The Territory HR Manager (THRM) is a territory-level field role, responsible for all HR generalist activities within a specific geography. They partner with the Territory Field Director to execute HR strategies for 600-800 associates in multiple states. Each territory serves 450 - 700K customers per year.
