The Role:

We are seeking experienced service technicians with excellent technical and communication skills to work with us. We are leaders in the device repair industry, providing repairs on cracked screens, as well as other common issues with iPhones and other smartphones. We are looking for talented and highly motivated remote technicians ready to move quickly with a focus on customer experience, quality, safety and other key performance indicators.

The primary job is to service, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices as needed, at our customer's destination. Technicians with screen repair experience must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and an automobile in good working condition with adequate insurance coverage. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude!

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide on-time on-site mobile device repair while ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience.

Be ready to travel for extended periods of time covering multiple locations with minimal notice.

Provide superior customer service to promote the brand

Assist customers from initial check in process all the way through to the completion of their repair

Explain to our customers complex technical issues in a non-technical manner

Achieve personal production targets and key performance indicators while maintaining Dr. Cell Phone’s required repair quality standards

Perform all repairs and tests necessary to resolve issue.

Troubleshoot down to the component level, repairs or replaces faulty components

Complete repairs to the required standard and return them within the designated period

Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems

Document all failures and repairs done to the device

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Take responsibility for maintaining an inventory of parts, tools and equipment

Responsible for managing weekly inventory and provide daily inventory counts

Maintain high levels of communication and feedback within the Service organization;

prepare daily updates of work completed, problems identified, and future timelines.

Have flexibility to provide support outside your region.

Other duties as assigned.


Must have a computer/laptop with webcam and smartphone

Vehicle requirements

Minimum years of required experience: 2+ years

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

English literacy

Ability to work flexible shifts, adapt to changing work schedules, and possible

nights/weekend shifts

Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Minimum education requirements: Minimum 1 year college or Technical / IT degree

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Communication skills (verbal and written)

Soldering skills

Product Knowledge/Modern Technology

Time management skills

Analytical skills

Problem solving skills



Ability to handle pressure/Work under fast moving environment

What we Offer:

1099 ­- $40 per repair completed on the first three months of employment

Full time - $30,000 - $40,000 based on experience, qualifications, and performance on the first three months of employment
