Evaluate, analyze, and improve business process capabilities by collaborating with division Executive level management. Identify and streamline activities deemed critical to Executive Leadership. These tasks will be accomplished in a consultative manner with various divisional teams representing virtually all divisions in the Bank. Projects will utilize Six Sigma or BPM tools and methodology. Projects will measurably streamline process inefficiencies and eliminate unnecessary steps in the process. Ultimately, waste is eliminated while improving customer satisfaction. Create process and departmental measurement reporting (i.e. Process Control Systems) to inform functional managers when corrective actions are necessary to eliminate waste and inefficiencies. Participate in insolated, major projects parallel to the Green Belt support work that will substantially re-engineer existing business processes, or create new business processes.
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years process improvement experience.
High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years process improvement experience.
Experience and knowledge of channel management practices to ensure the successful implementation of Six Sigma or Business Process Reengineering bank-wide.
Experience and knowledge of project management practices.
Strong ability to develop business and technical requirements.
Seasoned judgment to suggest process configurations that consider a combination of customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
Proven ability to create an overall architecture of department processes.
Ability to consistently analyze data.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Engineering or Business degree.
Participation in major development and/or re-engineering projects.
Training and experience applying lean methodologies in transactional business processes.
