Position Description

The Commercial CRG Analyst II is responsible for monitoring and managing an existing portfolio of substandard graded business and/or commercial relationships. The ideal candidate will work as a team with commercial resolution officers, credit officers, field management, loan officers, credit risk review officers, and other credit analysts to analyze and prepare monitoring assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and service level reviews for substandard graded loans managed by the commercial resolution team.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years commercial credit analysis experience

Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thorough knowledge of banking, loan, and credit terminology

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of BOSS and other Bank systems
Understanding of evaluation methods to determine advance rates and collateral eligibility
