PRIMARY PURPOSE The Office of Talent Management (OTM) Communications Specialist will be responsible for leading communications efforts including planning, developing, marketing, branding, maintaining internet/intranet presence, and other communications functions to enhance the effectiveness and visibility of the OTM division. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS Education: - Must have a Bachelor¿s degree in Communications or a related field. - Prefer a master¿s or graduate level degree in Communications or a related field. Experience: - Must have five years of marketing, branding and/or corporate communications experience. Equivalent Education and/or Experience: - None Certification/Registration/Licensure: -None. Skills or Special Abilities: - Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellent writing skills for presentations and publications. - Must be able to demonstrate expert level computer skills, good organizational and decision making skills, and great attention to detail. - Must be sensitive to political, cultural and legal issues affecting hospital system operations and be able to function both independently and as part of a team.
