Position Description

SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision, responsible for processing work requests or account updates within established procedures for vehicles financed through CarMax Auto Finance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing system generated letter and document requests for mailing.
• Receiving credit maintenance requests and entering them in system (eTracs).
• Data entry in Customer Account Management System (CAMS) in order to notate and document work requests.
• Scanning critical customer documents into company Deals database.
• Processing Retail Installment Contract received from CarMax stores utilizing CBS and Deals database.
• Boxing, labeling and sorting documents (RIC) for offsite storage.
• Retrieve scanned documents from company Deals database as requested.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Special projects and/or duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High School diploma/GED.
• Six months related experience/training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel functions.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with both associates and managers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
• The position requires basic math skills.

REASONING ABILITY:
• Apply a common sense understanding in order to carry out simple verbal or written instructions.

• May require sitting for extended periods of time.
• Lift up to 25 lbs maximum, ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently.
