The Manager, Lean Business Process Improvement supports Lean initiatives in driving unit performance, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and associate engagement through operational processes. The Manager, Lean Business Process Improvement will work with Director of Lean & the DVP of Lean to apply Lean, Six Sigma and related performance improvement methodologies with teams, and individuals across the organization to facilitate improvements in the services, management, execution, control of operations and integrated business model. The Manager, Lean Business Process Improvement will act as a lead to support efforts, oversee the status and monitoring of operational improvement efforts and facilitates improvement methodologies and tools.
Develops and executes Lean projects that will improve business operations and drive better business performance. This role requires significant analytic reporting skills that will drive change in operational best practices. This role works closely with the cross functional business units and field operations teams.
