General Summary – Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst 10886
Strategic Workforce Planning Analysts apply their advanced skills and experience in performing end to end Workforce Planning functions, processing Workforce Planning transactions and demonstrate knowledge of the Workforce Planning business process and technology.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
A Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst is qualified to perform tasks such as:
• Participates in Quality Control and Process Improvement Activities;
• Perform Workforce Planning Business Processes;
• Support the Development of Human Capital Strategic Plan
• Provide support to Human Capital and Strategic Workforce Planning
• Maintain Workforce Planning data in HRIS;
• Input data into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS);
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Must currently hold an active TS/SCI Clearance
• Relevant Experience: Must have at least one year experience supporting Workforce Planning Operations and Human Capital Strategy Development within a Federal/DoD agency and hands on PeopleSoft HR system knowledge
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• Technologically savvy; familiarity and interest in working with software to increase efficiency. Experience with ATS systems a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and job requirements at a given time, with the ability to manage time efficiently.
