General Summary – Rank In Person Analyst
Rank In Person Analyst apply their advanced skills and experience in performing end to end Rank In Person functions, processing Rank In Person transactions and demonstrate knowledge of the Performance Management business process and technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
A Rank In Person Specialist is qualified to perform tasks such as:
• Plan and manage the work
• May coordinate team member activities;
• Participates in Quality Control and Process Improvement Activities;
• Supports the development of the performance management business process;
• Respond to customers request for information from DOC employees and supervisors;
• Administer the performance management business process;
• Maintain performance management data in HRIS;
• Maintain employee performance management records;
• Input data into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS);
Minimum Qualifications
• Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Must currently hold an active TS/SCI Clearance
• Relevant Experience: Must have at least one year of experience supporting Human Resources Operations, Performance Management , DCIPS/Performance Pay, and Rank In Person within a Federal/DoD agency and hands on PeopleSoft HR system knowledge
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, anticipate issues and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• Technologically savvy; familiarity and interest in working with software to increase efficiency. Experience with HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and job requirements at a given time, with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Work both independently and as a team member in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Establish credibility and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
