The Registered Sales Assistant (RSA) will provide sales and operational support to the Financial Advisor(s). The RSA's will support the Financial Advisor(s) by completing forms, preparing customer files and accurately processing all client transactions. The RSA's will be responsible for assisting clients via telephone, researching client issues and providing professional and exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients. Travel may be required.
Assist customers via telephone with any customer service issues. Research and resolve customer problems and respond back in a timely manner.
Assist Financial Advisor(s) with completion of forms and preparation of customer files. Input new account openings and update general account information online. Process new customer files, annuity paperwork, checks, distributions, systematic paperwork and other maintenance forms. Review pending items for accuracy and completion. Identify and escalate issues.
Assist Financial Advisor(s) with increasing their productivity: outbound client calls, identify potential sales opportunities, coordinate and maintain appointment schedules, promote a strong working relationships with LPA's, Business, Bank, and Brokerage partners.
Coordinate various mailings for Financial Advisor(s): periodic account review letters, thank you letters, greeting cards, sales campaigns, seminars, etc.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years brokerage experience.
Must possess valid Series 7, Series 66 or 63/65 combination and state specific Life Insurance Licenses or obtain within 90 days of hire or placement date.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to travel in the supported area.
