Position Description

Fiduciary Officers provide administration, investment and operational management of fiduciary, agency and IRA accounts. Primary accountabilities for the role are retention of client relationships through active and highly engaged client service to grantors and beneficiaries.Fiduciary Officers also support service delivery and operational management through engagement as specialists for investment agency relationships. In this capacity, fiduciary officers work closely with Client Advisors to ensure retention of high impact relationships.Fiduciary Officers utilize an extensive knowledge of Trust policies, procedures and practices to effectively administer assigned fiduciary relationships and accounts. They implement changes in investment allocation, distribution requests and performance reporting in accordance with trust documents and the needs of grantors/beneficiaries.

Principal Accountabilities:
Fiduciary Management - provide administration to basic personal trust engagements. Ensure accounts comply with legal, regulatory and investment guidelines as well as directives contained in Trust documents. Communicate effectively with grantors, beneficiaries and other interested parties with respect to fiduciary decisions.
Relationship Management - maintain customer service regimen; implement changes to clients asset management plan, consistent with Investment guidelines, as conditions/needs change. Meet face-to-face frequently with clients to service existing relationship and uncover additional opportunities.
Teamwork - support the operational aspects of administering investment oriented client relationships in partnership with Client Advisors. Engage Client Service Specialists to help manage client communications and service responsiveness.
Sale of asset management services - promote the Private Wealth Advisory Services offering with existing clients and engage partners to capture additional assets.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in the financial services industry.
National Trust School or other certifications specific to Personal Trust Fiduciary.
Work experience in Personal Trust.
