HR Business Analyst

Position Description
Join a dynamic group of motivated professionals who have a passion for public service and demonstrated expertise in the foundational disciplines of ERP systems.

We are seeking flexible candidates who have established backgrounds in Financial ERP systems and want to further their careers by developing expertise in other areas, such as change management and business process reengineering.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to adapt to changing environments, be a team player, and be able to travel throughout the US West Region. The candidate must gain proficiency in CGI?s Advantage ERP product. The Business Analyst will join ongoing and new projects to implement different modules of the Advantage ERP product suite. The analyst will need to understand the project lifecycle methodology and the interplay of client requirements and the Advantage Product. The successful candidate should have work experience in at least four key areas in an HR-Payrollsystem:

? Benefits Administration

? Employee Records

? HR reporting (including ACA compliance)

? Payroll

? Compensation

? Labor Relations

? Staffing Management

? Talent Management

? Recruiting

? Learning Management Your future duties and responsibilities
As a HR Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

? Analyzing business requirements to determine functional solutions

? Creating functional design documents and other functional project deliverables

? Participating in fit gap of current processes to future designed processes

? Developing business concept/designs for processing required to fill identified gaps in the platform

? Interfacing with client end users independently to prepare participants for meeting sessions and to answer questions regarding their business functions as it relates to Advantage ERP
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
? A minimum of 3 years related work experience with a nationally recognized Financial ERP system
? Demonstrated analytical and requirements gathering skills
? Ability to communicate with technical and business team members, as well as clients
? Familiarity with implementation project lifecycle processes
? Experience with creating written deliverables of high quality
? Demonstrated ability to translate the business case analysis and client requirements into design documents

Nonessential Skills Desired:
? Public Sector Government experience

? HR Certification
