KBR Australia has been engaged in working with Defence in Australia for over 20 years and has developed core competencies in systems engineering, systems and enterprise architecture, project management and integrated logistics support, to provide technical and management assistance to a wide range of defence projects.
We are seeking a results orientated and dedicated team member, with excellent client relationship skills to fill this high impact and highly visible role. Working directly with the General Manager, you will lead sales and business development within the Defence Aerospace and Joint market sector, and drive sales revenue across all offerings of our business in that market sector.
Drive business development and growth
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Develop tailored and innovative solutions that meet client requirements
Develop business growth plans and strategies
Lead pursuits and proposal development
Extensive experience in solution sales within the Defence Aerospace environment
Understanding of Defence materiel acquisition and sustainment projects, activities and processes
Outcome focused and proven ability to drive sustained business growth through sales in the Defence market
Have or can readily obtain an Australian Government security clearance
